too few carbs?
Hi all I know I will get a range of responses to this but just wondering if from a weight loss perspective is there such a thing as too few carbs or too little sugar? I try to keep my carbs below 100g and my sugar below 45g, is this good for weight loss as it should use my fat stores for the extra energy needed. Thanks
