Hey guys just a bit of advice needed. Iv got surgery at the end of this month, its not major surgery and should be out of hospital the same day but its surgery on my stomach and will take me 10-14 days to feel normal again let alone start exercising again that will probably be more alone the lines of 4 weeks.

Just wanting some tips of trying to still lose weight during my recovery period.

For the first few days I probably wont eat much. On the day I'm on a 12 hour fast for the anaesthetic and the fact its on my stomach plus I don't eat much after the surgery, for the next few days after I tend to just sleep a lot rather than eat but obviously can't have anything too heavy.

Dont want my net calories to drop below 1200 and my BMR is 1750 so I need to eat between 1200 and 1750 but last time I know I probably only ate about 600 calories in the first 2 or 3 days.

Any help is appreciated, thanks
