fed up of being fat

i havent been fat all my life, i was a very skinny teenager up until i was about 15/16 when i went on the depo injection and piled the weight on, since then iv struggled, lost over 3 stone but slowly over the years its come back on and im about 9 lbs off matching my heaviest...there is no way im letting that happen. I am going to make my food diary viewable by friends to give me that extra incentive to no eat rubbish and then moan when i dont lose weight, i will be 100% honest in my diary. feel free to add me

Hi, I'm Barbra (my friends call me Barbi) from the US.
I've lost the same 80 lbs 3 times until now.....I've finely figured learned the key to weight loss.
I believe in eating all or most of your calories burnt by exercise to keep your weight loss steady and fuel your body for the exercise you are doing.
I believe you have to eat the calories MFP tells you too which is on your diary as "my goal"
I believe your "net" should never go under 1200
I will not tell you your doing a good job on your diary if you're under your "net" calories
I will also not comment if your diary is not public
I WILL be a great support if you are eating right, exercising, and doing it RIGHT without going hungry.

You can do it! Thanks for the add. I've made my food diary viewable to friends for that reason too. Plus I'm nosy and love looking at other peoples diary's - feel a bit of a hypocrite if I don't share back0
