need some recipes

I'm such a newbie at making healthy recipes and need some help. I've got another 600 calories remaining for today and I've already put my dinner in. I've got some carbs and protein left for today but minimal sugar and fat. Or is there anything that I could do on future days to have more calorie dense stuff without upping my fat, carbs and sugar.
