I wouldn't worry. Going over on Protein is a good thing...and too many cards aren't helpful for Weight Loss. You want to be sure to get enough to engergize yourself, but you don't have to hit it and you should avoid going over it. And remember, they are guidlelines.

I wouldn't worry about eating pasta daily, as long as your still staying within your cals and and staying under with your other areas. There isn't neccesarily a "magic" recipe...its about eating what works for you and staying within your goals. It is a good idea to mix things up though, just like with your excercise.

I have been lucky enough to only have positive supports on MFP...by opening my diary, seasoned users and people who have a better understanding of Nutrition have guided me to better eating...it may not be perfect every day...but I still generally stay within my counts. It is working for me for the moment, so I am happy…

Thanks for the tips..I always buy the antipersperant and deodarant...just can't seem to find a brand that does the trick right...seems like Axe is a popular choice. I'll have to do a little experimenting with your suggesitons. MFP is the best.

I think you may need to change up your normal routine some. Your body could be adjusting...You are likely in the appropriate calorie range, as long as your not dropping below 1200 and eating back your excercise calories...maybe you need to switch up the excercise piece. Thanks for the help! Today is my "spike" day...though I am still attempting to be good. I have eaten good all day to allow myself a LITTLE cheat at dinner. But a slice and some salad does sound good. Moderation is key.

I am doing the insanity program. My goal is to loose between 25 and 30 lbs.
