Everyday first thing in morning and last thing at nigh. It helps me monitor how and what causes my weight to fluctuate.

Completed day 1 of 30 day shred and loved it. I also ran a mile in 14 minutes afterwards. After doing the workout once, I love it. I think what motivates me so much to do it even more is seeing peoples results with this workout. I just completed t25 not that long ago, so this is a nice workout to go into. I like no breaks…
