Started just over 200, not sure where I am going to end up but I'm shooting for 150 right now!

You look very happy and amazing! And it definitely shows. I am doing the same approach this time with losing weight and exercising. I am down 32.6 lbs as of yesterday and right now I have at least 23.4 to go totaling 56 lbs. Again great job!

Sounds like myself. I hate black coffee but I have found instant vanilla coffee by Nestle's Taster Choice that I will drink without any cream. Vanilla is my favorite but they make other flavored also. And in singles too.

Keep on your routine that you have been doing! I was losing, stopped went up and down 5 lbs for 3 months! Now I'm back on the down slope again. I was very discouraged also but I didn't give up, now I'm dropping inches and weight.

I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 145-150 currently. I'm bigger boned and if I were to get to the weight I should be according to BMI, you would see my bones everywhere. Even if I would lose most of my body fat and be mostly muscle I still would not be 115! I don't know if I would want to be 115!

I feel your pain! I watch what I eat and I can't say that I'm under my calorie goal everyday but I'm close (50 cal).I have lost .6 in the last month so I feel I'm not working out enough but I work out about 20-30 min on cardio and try do some strength also(only when my husband is not home because he laughs at me).
