  • I am in! I am at 172 right now... so 7 lbs will bring me to 165.

  • I don't skip meals ... normally breastfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, and dinner. The holes just mean I was too lazy to record it. I have been doing since January 1st, but really hard at it since Feb 1st.
  • I don't know if this makes a difference? But I just stopped breastfeeding about a month ago. I was breastfeeding exclusively for a year. I really don't know if my body is holding onto fat for it???
  • How do we read another person's food diary??? But I do measure all of my food. I just think I need to take the advice of adding some more veggies and starting my morning a little different.
  • Say my work out was worth 300 calories, I am normally consuming my regular 1200 calories plus around another 150 calories (half my work out calories) .. I am normally eating around 1350 - 1400 calories a day.
  • I have lost 1 inch off of my waist since I started level 2... and 1 inch off of my hips! Woohooo. Now I would like to see some inches fall off of my chest and my arms!
  • Today would have been day 13, but I am taking a break. My left ankle is a little sore, and I don't want to bother it anymore. I sprained it a few years ago... and it always buckles on me. I surely don't want to make it worse. I will start back up tomorrow, after a little break today.
  • I couldn't walk very well either!! But it WILL get better. I am on day 12 now...and I am only a little sore. I really like this workout. But level 2 really kicks my butt. I find I have to do the easier stuff sometimes.
  • I just completed day 12! I feel a little bit sore..but not too bad. I really wish I would see more results..my legs are getting very muscular, but I want to see the fat come off of my stomach!
  • I decided to try out level 2 tonight. Wow! It's a great workout. We will see if I hurt in the morning :)
  • woah! I just completed level 2..and this was day 9 for me. I am overheating and I feel wiped out! But I really enjoyed it! I took it a little easy this go around, since some of the moves were a little bit tricky the first time around. Tomorrow I will give it everything I possibly can. But level 2 is a lot of fun!
