I want to be fit and healthy! I am only 28 and I need to loose 20 lbs as my first goal. My goal is to loose 2 lbs a week for the next 8 weeks. I will only be 4 lbs away for my first goal! I hope to meet some great people here to help me stay motivated!

Frustrated.
I have read a lot of the advice giving for people that are stuck and I don't understand why I am! Yesterday morning was my first workout since I got pregnant. I am now 6 months postpartum, and lets say it kicked my butt!!! I woke up this morning in a lot of pain, but I worked out anyways!! I seem to have a slow metabolism....I am curious to see if there are any foods that are good for helping speed things up? I know when you want to gain muscle mass..you should eat certain foods...so I am hoping there is a science to this too? I couldn't find anything when I did a search.
