New (again)

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a weight loss buddy similar to me. I am 28, I have three children, and I work part time. I like to make sure the house is spotless and that my family has homemade snacks and meals. Because of this, I feel like I don't have time to work out. I NEED to start working out. I lost a bunch of weight and now I am gaining like crazy again. I NEED to get in shape. I am going to be getting an ultrasound soon because my doctor thinks I have endometriosis and I have high blood pressure. I am too young for this stuff!!! I need to loose 20 lbs as my first goal and then an additional 15 lbs. What is everyone doing about food plans? I need to cook food that is for my entire family and have it be inexpensive plus very healthy! What is everyone doing for a quick work out?
