I am Heather - and I have been here before but I sort of quit. I have gained a lot of the weight back that I lost and now I am here to start over again! My husband came home from deployment and it was so easy to eat everything with him. But now I am ready to try again. I want to lose 20 lbs in total, but my first goal will be 10 lbs. I want to reach my first goal by April 13th but I am honestly hoping that it will be sooner. I have been working out for a solid week and I haven't seen any change on the scale. It's time to really increase my water intake and record everything I eat. I often "cheat" and then I feel very guilty afterwards! I really hope that I can do this.
