Haven't made fried rice in ages, so I'll have a go at that tonight. Made with brown rice, green peas, sweet corn kernels, carrots, an egg, and itty bits of pork loin...

I work out at home, but do have a small gym available in the apartment complex. Today, I was about to go to the gym because the power went out (and thus, the air conditioning). So in theory, I wouldn't have gone to the gym to really exert myself (I probably would have walked on the treadmill at a high incline), but rather,…

I miss, from Peru: aji (yellow chillies) and super fresh ceviche (raw fish marinated in lime juice); from my Chinese home: steamed rice bowls my dad would cook for me, but other than that, almost everything Chinese can be found where I'm at right now; from my adopted home, New Zealand: green lipped mussels, really good…

My bet would be something to do with a lot of famous supermodels (i.e. Victoria Secret) coming from Brazil (interestingly, a lot of them are from European descent, as opposed to of Latin American descent). Seoul, I believe, is widely considered the world's plastic surgery capital, although, as far as I've read, they mostly…

It'll get better the more you do it. Also, you can follow Ana Rita or the other chick who does the modified versions to begin with, until you're more comfortable with the sequence. Eventually, you'll be able to do it without even watching (I used to watch TV when doing TJ  )

Happy birthday! I never had birthday cake growing up, so if someone bought me a cake once a year, I'd probably be super happy to have a slice or two. Similarly, when I see my family next, who I only see every few years, undoubtedly, father will make me crispy chicken chop with miso sauce, or super fatty pork belly with…

@wt that is awesome. I don't know how you do it :p @AlethaMary a few of your awesome runs and you should make it easy! :) I still haven't done my work out today... Trying to psych myself up, haha. I'm at 10218, so still need just under 3.8k If I do 500 each day, I should make it!

I love your story so freakin' much. Thank you for sharing it, truly! I too would like to one day complete a triathlon, but am a lousy swimmer. You've inspired me to dream and to keep working :flowerforyou:

Stunning!

Lima and broad beans are my favourite. I love mixing them up (with a couple other ingredients) to make a brown rice bean "salad". Dried taste better and are super cheap, if you can bear the hassle of cooking them (which I do when I'm watching tv or something that doesn't require a lot of attention). Using a slow cooker…

I saw them selling it at my local Kroger's. This was right after I'd received mine on the post. Gah! I guess when I run out, I'll have a look at the supermarket, in case they're planning on stocking it regularly.
