OMG I've never had any of the problems you guys do. I guess I am lucky I go at 5 in the morning. The most annoying thing is on the weekends when LA Fitness suddenly stops being a gym and starts being a trendy place to hang out and chit chat. The gym is not a bar!

DO IT!!! I've been doing it but I am honestly getting very bored with it. It is still a great way to jump start your exercise routine.

Just do your thang! I started jogging a few months ago and I have nothing but respect for others I see running/jogging. It is hard to get up off your butt and run outside. This goes double to my peeps who are dealing with hot weather and extreme pollen counts.

That used to be my routine and still is if I get myself to the gym at 5 in the morning. Now if I don't go to the gym in the morning I make myself do the 30 Day Shred no later than 5:30. After I do my exercise I don't usually feel like sitting down.

Cascadian Farm Organic Dark Chocolate Almond Granola Cereal. I put milk in the bowl to wet it down but I drain it out because I hate milk. 1 piece of whole wheat toast from the bakery with some grape jam. A few sips of coffee. I can never manage to finish my morning coffee!

1. I haven't been to the gym in at least 3 weeks. I do work out at home, though. Waste of money but I can't cancel. 2. I missed my period last month (I'm not pregnant). My husband thinks it's because I changed my diet so much but I don't agree. 3. I hate Adele. The sound of her voice makes me cringe.

There are so many better alternatives, why bother with so much sodium and low "protein"? I put that in quotes because the meat in those things are scary. I'd rather eat a pb&j. I cannot tell a lie. I do love me some frozen pot stickers from Trader Joe's. Shhhhh

Since I'm not obese and much smaller than my coworkers whenever I mention weight loss I get the good ol' eye roll and "if you lose anymore you'll waste away" crap. I don't know if I've ever heard anything encouraging. Sad.

I would suggest going to see a counselor because messges from people on the internet, while encouraging, aren't really the kind of support you might need especially if you have OCD. I'm proud that I got up at 4:30 in the morning to try and workout at the gym. It was not my fault the red lights wouldn't move and made me turn around. That was seriously infuriating and a waste of my time.
