I have insomnia. I used to work out at 5 am and it didn't make a bit of difference if I did it in the morning or after work :/

dang, now I want a bowl of chili.

Try finding a farmers market in your area. They usually have produce cheaper than the grocery stores and it will always be seasonal! It is hard shopping healthy. Sometimes when my wallet hurts I wish I could just buy cheap ramen for my lunches instead of the salad & toppings + meat. Definitely stock up on freezable items…

My crack? Crackers! I love crackers so much! Saltines, wheat thins, buttercrisps, pita chips aughhhh. I also have a weakness for ice cream, but I should be less tempted now that we're entering fall weather. Crossing my fingers at least.

I'm greedy and will take any little bit I can.

I'm kind of in the same boat and I find that sometimes I get things moving on the scale when I zig zag my diet. It kind of sounds like you are maintaining right now.

You'd probably bloat more than anything since the cheese curls (I'm assuming like cheesy puffs, right?) are high in sodium.

I have a feeling the rest of my life will be sober. My husband can't drink anymore and I find that I have no desire to have more than a glass of wine every once in awhile. I end up throwing out over half the bottle every single time!

huh I've never heard that. The only time I've heard about thigh gaps in real life was when my coworker said they looked gross. And that just happened a few months ago.

I know exactly what the OP was saying. You'd think you started your day off with someone pissing in your cheerios. Cheers!

I don't look at people's food log unless they are living out of the country (US), it's mostly to see the odd things they eat/things we don't have here. I really dgaf what y'all eat. Edit to mention: I've never had anyone comment on the things I've logged. How weird.

A torso to die for, obviously!

Oh my god! People are the worst. Seriously, this just made me angry.

Over the holidays, Halloween - New Years Day, I ate whatever and whenever I wanted. I always felt guilty and it ended up with me feeling really crappy about myself every time I ate. It didn't matter what it was, even if I ate a salad I would feel terrible about it. Around Christmas time I decided that after NYD I'd quit…

I don't have any advise (I bet they slather all the steaks with butter - maybe ask them to not use any), I'm just drooling thinking about it. I went once and it was so good! They don't have them in my area :(

LOL This thread just made me look in the mirror to check it out. I have one(with feet touching no less), so I guess this means I can stop with all the healthy food and exercise. Thank the lord all my prayers have been answered!!! not.

That is awesome! Running without taking breaks is soooooo much harder than it seems.

It looks more than 10, that is fantastic!

When I reached my goal weight (115.6 - technically not my GW since it was 115) I pretty much stopped logging my food. I haven't really logged in a few months and right now my current weight is 116. I say go for it! If you find yourself gaining, you can always come back to the log.

I love makeup and thought about doing it for a living so I'm a little biased. I always have on foundation, blush and mascara. The rest is optional and depends on what I'm doing. Gym time is a little different and only requires a little foundation.

Sunrise vanilla crunch cereal. SO GOOD!

I don't mind peach skin. Kiwi skin eh? I don't think I can get around that one.

I tried eating egg whites... yuck! I'd rather eat the entire egg. I can live with a few extra calories. Maybe try making some granola and have it with fresh fruit and yogurt. http://beautyandbedlam.com/healthy-homemade-granola-recipe/

You'll want to pick up some weights with handles (Target sells 3-5 lb weights with soft handles, I'd rec. those). When you get to level three there is a move that requires you to balance in a plank position with your hands on the weights.

I drink it because it tastes good, but I haven't had any weight loss because of it, sadly. I do add in a little raw agave or stevia from time to time.

I don't want to step on any toes, but your family sounds kinda mean, like meaner than most family ribbing. I'm sorry they aren't more sensitive.

damn girl, spill that tea!

Holy crap, I obviously need to sign up for the roller derby.

I am bummed I can't come up with something wild like you guys. I used to put ketchup in my Kraft macaroni and cheese when I was little. I also used to eat plain butter topped with an outrageous amount of black pepper on top (until my mom caught me and hid the butter).

In my opinion, there's more dignity in stripping so you can hand over those big clear heels and g-strings and I'll be on my way.
