good luck. I went out for a friends birthday a few weeks ago. I had 4 beers (bud light). In any case, limiiting myself to only 4 beers saved me money (they were on special for $1 a piece and some calories) I worked out for an extra 30 minutes the next day and ended up down 3 lbs at the end of the week.

thats what i was thinking. Seems to me like its a glorified pedometer. I dont even use a pedometer to be honest. I just try and live a more active lifestyle. I recently took up hiking. I never thought of it before, but i enjoyed it when i younger. I also take my son walks more and espicially in a few years when we can play…

i love cheesesteaks....lol i checked out our local store but could only find fried chicken and mac salad. i will just suck it up another few days and go back to normal when i go home :)

thanks for the tips...i am actually out of town so it makes it difficult! I am in a hotel room with just a small fridge and a microwave. I have been in here for 3 weeks so far. I am limited as to food sources haha. Unfortunately, I do not like nuts, nor do I like cheese unless its on a cheesesteak along with a ton of mayo…

The same happened to me. Well kinda. A few weeks ago, I could only do 12 minutes on level 12 on the eliptical. Now, I stay above level 17 the entire time. It feels so good. :)

I generally am under espicially when I work out. I generally do not have time to work out but this last month I have had ample time because I lost a job. I am not under by a whole lot when I dont work out, but this past month, I have been under by at least a few hundred just because of not adjusting my diet to the new…

I want to be able to look like I did in high school!. I want to feel comfortable taking off my shirt and just mowing the grass or something lol. I know it sounds stupid....but just being comfortable :)
