Wii Fit Free Run
I have been using my Wii Fit to exercise since its a bit colder outside. I feel like MFP is underestimating the number of calories burned for the free run. Is there really that much of a discrepency between jogging in place and jogging outside? I could be wrong...just curious. WiiFit is saying I ran 1.3 miles in 10 minutes…

Lost 48 LBS but I cant notice
I have lost 48 lbs and others have noticed the weight I lost, but I unable to see it when I look into the mirror. It is quite evident I lost the weight having gone from wearing 42X32 jeans to my 38X32's being too big. I just am unable to see the results I was hoping for at this point. Any tips?

Having trouble reaching calorie goal
Hi I have a calorie goal of 1690 but am routinely barely getting to the 1200 mark. I am not starving myself, just have to force myself to eat to get to 1200....any suggestions? Hi , I have been on MFP for awhile using just the mobile app. I have lost 44 lbs to date in this past year. As you can see looking through my diary, there is a period or two where i stopped logging for a month or 2 but i still managed to at least maintain my weight during that time period.
