Hi ,

I have been on MFP for awhile using just the mobile app. I have lost 44 lbs to date in this past year. As you can see looking through my diary, there is a period or two where i stopped logging for a month or 2 but i still managed to at least maintain my weight during that time period.

I am currently 6'0, 235lb, male. I am hoping to get down to 200 by next April. I am looking at gaining some advice, maybe having some one look over my recent diary entries and see if they can offer up any help?
