I haven't bought any "grab and go products" so it's actually helping me with which foods to pair together for maximum results. Thank you. My FitBit helps determine my actual overall calorie burn for the day and adjusts my intake accordingly throughout the day based on my activity level. Following the guidelines they have set seems to be working. I use MFP more for logging food easily and finding support. :) I greatly appreciate your response.

My ultimate goal is 140lbs. I'm currently 183lbs. My goal is set at 1.5lbs/week. But, I'm still staying away from the 1200kcal mark - that's just too low. :)

Yes, my picture is recent. However, my pictures are very deceiving - I think. I'm 5'4" and 183lbs currently. I'm eating around 1500-1600 calories a day. Not to be too mean, but according to this post and the information on your profile, you need to see a Doctor and a Therapist! Seems like you have some major self-esteem issues that are causing you to go to measures that aren't healthy (i.e. fainting). Get some help, girl!

You took the words right out of my mouth. Although, those booze come pretty far apart these days. I'd rather save up for my fruity strong high calorie irish trashcans and go all out when I do. This happens every couple months. LoL so, no soda or juice or anything other drink that has calories in it for me! cheers! :drinker:

I log everything I eat. My goal is 1,200 on MFP, but I keep it between 1200-1350 (without feeling guilty). I get to the gym about 4 times a week and burn a minimum of 400 calories each time. I almost always eat back my exercise calories. So, nothing special. lol

I still have quite a journey ahead of me, but I'm 10lbs lighter than when I started. I just saw "Walking: Upstairs" listed in the database. Seems to be the best thing to use. Correct?
