You went from looking like a late 40 something housewife to a smoking hot early 30s mama!! You look incredibly terrific and so very happy. Congrats to you and your husband!! BTW, LOVE that dress!!

Well, for me, I have tried everything. I did atkins, the grapefruit diet, I did vegatarian, primal. I have done diet pills. Nothing has ever worked for me. I always caved in and went nuts which eventually led to giving up. There are certain things that I love that I cannot live without. Namely they are ice cream, cheese…

My friend has read The Skinny Rules by Bob Harper. She swears by this book, lol. My brother and his friend have read The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson. My brother and his friend have had a lot of success with it, however, it doesn't seem to be a way of eating that I would enjoy.

I have to say, yes, that kid was ignorant. But don't blame the kid, blame his upbringing. My son is 9 and KNOWS he better have respect for people and he does. However, he has friends that aren't allowed to come to our house and play due to their lack of respect for humanity. There is actually a family with 3 boys and not…

Just remember to eat enough. Do not starve your body. Fuel it. Work out hard. Stick to your guns. And most importantly, do it for yourself and you will succeed. Congrats to you for taking control of your life while you are still young. I have a neice who is 19. She has lost 58 pounds since January and is doing great. She…

I plan on having more sex...hopefully with my hubby!! Wink wink!! LOL.

Definitely increase your calories, increase them with healthy choices, and then exercise. I eat about 1750 per day and burn about 400 per day. That is at least right now. I was eating around 1200 and still burning about 400 and wasn't losing a single thing. I increased last wednesday and lost 2 pounds since then.

You are captivating!!! Love it! Congrats on your success!!

First, outstanding job on your "skinny" pants becoming baggy pants. Second, the story about your dogs "fixing" the kitty door is hilarious. However, I am really sorry about your loss. I have lost a few dogs over the years and it hurts so much. We have a golden retriever now and I would be heartbroken to lose him. Your…

Good for you!!! And running 15 minutes straight is a HUGE deal. I cannot do it at all! So be very proud of yourself! You earned it!

Your back is looking awesome!! That alone is a big difference. I can also see change in your stomach! Good for you for sticking to it. P90X nearly killed me, lol. I am terrified to try Insanity.

You are looking great! Keep up the awesome work!!

Yay!!! That is very exciting! Congrats on your amazing success! I will be sure to look for it.

I did. My profile pic is my comparison after one month. I'm looking to lose 30 to 50 pounds. I have to say, I am so incredibly glad that I did. I wasn't feeling the progress I thought I wanted after a month. But then I saw my side by side photos after a month and amazed myself with the difference. I take a side and front…

You look so strong and HOT!!! Amazing transformation! Congratulations to you on all your hard work!

I had a two egg omelette with 2 sausage links and a 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, a peach, and a 6 oz glass of 1% milk. I only eat breakfast like this on my days off. The other 4 days a week I have to leave the house by 6:15 in the morning and usually grab a piece of fruit or something quick. I love my big breakfasts!!!…

I have a MIL like that. She is one of those, you don't need to lose weight, you look fine; are you going to eat that cheese cake, I thought you were trying to lose weight. I just roll my eyes at her. Brag away babe!!! I do!!

I just ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I love food, the fatter, sweeter, and saltier, the more I love it. I still love them all, but I am very careful and moderate them now, lol. No more box of Zebra cakes in a day.

Ok. I went through every day back through June 27th. You have increased your sodium intake a lot. You go over or very close to daily the past week or two, but back then you were consistently lower. Not sure how long your plateau has been, but this could be the reason. I cannot have a lot of sodium as it makes me retain a…

You look fantastic!!! Awesome work!!

I would never call myself a fitness swimmer. However, we do have a pool and I do swim in it everyday. I swim or tread water the whole time I am in, at least an hour, sometimes, longer. I think I burn as many calories as I do on land. I can get my heartrate up pretty good in the water. But I sweat a lot less of course, lol.…

I used them last year! I actually forgot about them till you just reminded me! Thanks!!

HOLY FREAKING AWESOMENESS! Your arms are so ripped!! You look amazing. Absolutely fantastic work!!!

I have great support from my immediate blood related family. They rock! My husband is moderately supportive, though unintentionally attempts to sabotage me by making really unhealthy snacks at night. He isn't doing it on purpose, this is just what he has always done and forgets. But I am a big girl and have realized I…

I am in for the pushups and stretching. I have just started walking this weekend, but my knees and hip won't allow me to run. I will definately aim for walking at least nine miles though!

I haven't worn mine to a beach or anything, but we have a swimming pool and I live in the city. We don't have any fences separating our neighbors from us. I was a little self consious the first time, but now I wear it all the time. And honestly, I was more worried about the extra belly than the stretch marks. They don't…
