Thanks girls! I love the success thread and can easily lose track of time reading all the great success stories. There are so many inspiring people on here. It gave me the idea to start keeping photos of myself. It is so motivational and the support on here is always outstanding.

I count them!! I gave up regular chips, but I eat special k cracker chips. 27 chips, 110 calories. And I don't take the broken ones, so they are all the same size within a millimeter or so.

I usually eat most of my calories between 5 and 10 at night. I don't do any heavy carbs though at night. I have been doing fine.

I weigh every day shortly after I get up in the morning. However, I don't get anxious when it moves in either direction. I know it will and I am fine with that. I only count it on Wednesday, though most recently this week, I have started counting it on Sundays for a challenge I am doing.

Mine is about 10 lbs. I was a 14 pants when I started. My size 12s can now be pulled down without unbuttoning. A 10 is still tight. I don't wear many dresses, but I bought a size L maxi dress a few weeks ago that was very tight through the shoulders. Now it fits great!

I have always preferred the elliptical to the treadmill. I have bad knees and a bad hip, so I can never do enough on the treadmill without hurting. You look GREAT!!! Myself, I think the BMI charts are full of crap, lol. Mine says I am supposed to be 104 to 144. I personally think I look awesome at about 160. I will see what I think when I get to 160. But you do look fabulous!!
