I am up for 2 and 3. However, my 3 is going to be burning 3500 calories per week as I just joined that challenge for the second week in a row.

I am going to lose 20 more pounds by labor day. My brother's wedding is september 15th. CW: 186.4 GW: 166.4 (for challenge) So very glad you guys started this challenge. I just finished my first 3500 calorie burn challenge and exceeded my goal. It really pumped me up! This is just what I need to help stay focused!

Thanks everyone. I really felt better after I got that all out. Sometimes you just need someone else to know how you feel! I don't like hurting anyone because it makes me feel bad later. I just can't always control my tongue when I'm angry and feel attacked. I have apologized and I feel better for it.

Photograph your progress. This has kept me so incredibly motivated. I was completely shocked at what just 8 pounds less in a month looked like. It's noticeable!!! So yes, always, take a before pic and then photograph your progress. I do one every two weeks just to see.
