Nice to meet you! I sometimes do make an exception for honey as well. Meat, dairy, eggs and other animal byproducts are the most important things for me to avoid.

I'm so glad you posted this! Don't have an answer, but I'm curious about what other people will say (apart from 'don't drink alcohol because it's bad for you'), because I don't want to give it up either.

I often can't control myself, but I found that sometimes a cup of tea with a strong flavour (peppermint, strawberry, vanilla.. whatever flavour does not go well with the food you crave) helps me fighting the urge to eat when I'm not hungry.
