This is exactly my problem. I've been eating 1000 calories for months now and I had lost over 64 pounds from doing so. I've been eating 1000 calories a day for months. I found out that I should be eating more in order to lose more weight, but it's hard to break the habit now that I've done it for so long.

Thanks everyone! I didn't ice it after the workout but I did take advil. I'm going to get knee braces for the time being and I'm going to look into seeing an orthopedic. Thank you all and good luck on your progresses :) xo
