You go girl! You are so amazing!! MFP helped me to lose 150 pounds. I know how it goes.

Definitely. Heels were a no-go when I was 306 pounds but now it's much better. There are still pairs that are too much to handle, but my knees can handle it way better and same with my feet.

People can say whatever they want to their overweight relatives/friends, but in reality they need to realize for themselves that they are unhealthy. What did it in for me was I weighed myself and was over 300 pounds- something I never wanted to see. I give weighing yourself as a suggestion to my friends who can't get…

Let me start by saying I've lost 140 pounds - through my whole journey I've used MFP and I've seen people who say to eat your calories, etc. But personally, I eat what MFP tells me to do in order to lose 2 pounds per week. Check out skinnytaste.com, there are a ton of side dishes, casseroles, etc that you could bring. I recently made the Southwest Black Bean Salad (http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/06/southwestern-black-bean-salad.html) , it wouldn't feed 30 but you can multiply the recipe. Good luck!

Make sure you're actually hungry and not just eating out of boredom. But some filling low calorie snacks that I like are Chobani yogurts and Quaker rice cakes.

mm this sounds so good!

Buy a can of tuna in oil (not water). Chop up tomato and onion and mix it together. Add salt and pepper and make an open faced sandwich- low calorie and so delicious!

That I really can do anything if I set my mind to it. :)

Thanks for the kind suggestions!
