Eat whatever you want, just track it all, and eat less than you daily requirement and walla……just like magic you will drop pounds. The rest is just noise….

1 large microwave bowl 1 cup of Walmart oats (not the quick ones) 1cup of 2% milk 1 cup of water Micro for 3 minutes. Let it sit for 10 to absorb the liquids. Add powdered cinnamon, craisins and 2 packs of Splenda. Mix in. Let it sit some more. Divide into 2 servings and eat one today and another tomorrow.

I had that same epiphany just moments ago. The Nestle Cinnamon Vanilla Creamer I have enjoyed for countless years in the morning will have to go. I think this weekend I will end my relationship with it, and move to milk.

If I have time and the calories to spare its a brown sugar & mustard glaze for sure. Other than that it's salt & pepper with a bit of blackening seasoning.

It makes no logical sense to me that if you eat 2000 calories a day and your metabolic rate is 2500 (doing nothing) and your burn off another 500 jogging etc. each day that you don't loose 2lbs a week. (1000 daily daily caloric shortfall = 7000 a week) The math says it has to work that way. But it does not seem to work…
