Weight training, eating to a deficit and doing cardio.
Is doing cardio a detriment to weight training? I've hear a few people say (in the gym) that they stay away from cardio when trying to build muscle as cardio takes it's energy from the muscle. Someone posted somewhere about taking your exercise calories and netting out what you would normally do, doing nothing. Alternative to the flour tortilla
One of my favourite things to eat is chicken breast, red and yellow peppers and onion with fresh cilantro in a flour tortilla. It's a good low calorie meal........except for those darn four tortillas? (80 cals each - pepito brand fajita size) Any alternatives?

Intense Foot Pain..
