Net net calories burned...in search of post

Someone posted somewhere about taking your exercise calories and netting out what you would normally do, doing nothing. I would very much like to read that again, but for the life of me I cant find it.

Also, is anyone actually doing that? I'm quite happy to note 450 calories burned (per my Polar) in 45 minutes of exertion, should I be netting out my breathing calories etc? (seems a bit of a stretch I must say :ohwell: )
