I started the "Belly Fat Cure" diet. At 1st I thought the portions would be way too small. But they are loaded with so much protein you never get hungry. I did a cost analysis on the "Fage" and "Brown Cow" Greek plain yogurts and they come out to .81 cents and less. My sweet tooth has disappeared.
