just the fact that you are "getting back on the wagon" and not giving up entirely is great! It's really hard to change your diet but it sounds like you are at least aware of when you stray and try to make up for it! Keep up the good work!

1 and 1/4 cup hope that helps! Sometimes when you start learning measurement sizes and portions it can be hard to visualize which is correct! Not a stupid question!
