I agree that you won't need the regular MD diagnosis.Regular Blood tests don't show up the gluten sensitivity like the naturopath will. I'm on day ONE of GF and dairy free and yeast free. What a learning curve is ahead of me. There are so many hidden ingredients in things, even ones that say gluten and dairy free. It's encouraging to read all your stories and see how much better you are feeling. You have been inspiring.

3-12 weight 175.8 3-19 weight 173.6 Yeah =down 2.2 lbs. I never thouht I'd get the scale to go in that direction. Did a whole lot more walking and really ate healthy. Didn't eat any exercise calories back. I gained doing that.

on 3-5 it was 174.8 on 3-12 is 175.8 Gained a lb. -I exercised more than I ever have- also ate the exercise calories, thinking that my metabolism needed boosting, well so much for that. I finally dropped a lb. I'm trying hard to eat the calories I'm supposed to. I am encouraged. I took Sunday off from exercising, but I'll be back at it today. Have a good day.

starting weight 3-1-12 176 lbs today's weight 3-5-12 174.8 lost 1.2 lbs. am eating full amount of calories now and for the first time I have lost something. this is going to work.
