Initial weigh in: Wed. Feb. 1=218.2 1st week weigh in: Wed. Feb. 8=217.2 I am trying to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in a day....I am also trying to do 30 day shred video a few times a week. I cant do it everyday... I get bored fast.

I started Wednesday but went for a walk outside yesterday as it was so nice. I did my work out with Jillian again today and it really does kick your butt!! Literally :)

Starting weight......218.2 Goal weight by end of Feb .....210 I am going to be accountable to myself and track everything that goes in my mouth....and at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.
