Welcome! Remember you didn't get to this point in one day and realize it won't take one day to fix it. Take it one day at a time. I personally found little exercise goals worked best for me at the start. Always ppl here willing to help:flowerforyou:

Every drug has some kind of possible side effects. ASK your doctor. Also any good physician/surgeon/anesthetist will be paying attention and should be able to notice signs of pain. Just remember it is your right to be informed and information is available.

have read some research regarding cinnamon and reduced sugar levels. Doctor said to give it a try there was no harmful side effects to be worried about. I know part of my better sugar controls is my lifestyle changes, but even my doctor was impressed with the changes in such a short time.

keep a list of your qualifications handy. Who knows listening to you handle your own child during the interview might be a good thing.

maybe it is just me, but ppl who lose slower seem to adjust better. Also my doctor said to lotion, lotion, lotion. I have lost 30 and so far so good, just a little sag here and there but even it is improving

You can't fix stuped or insensitive. Try asking them to join you LOL. Ignore them and keep up the good work.

any amount of exercise is better than none. I have sciatic pain and have limitations. I walk 15 minutes at a time, 3 times a day with no break 3 or 4 times a week. Why that may not sound like much, I can see an improvement in my general fitness and have lost pain. SO hang in there and do what you can.

calorie deficit makes me lose weight. But even the mild exercise I can do helps me tone.

If that's overweight, GOD let it happen to me LOL. She may not fit the BMI index, but there is more to health than that. I love her confidence in who she is.
