I'm up a 1/4 of a lb today! How is that even possible I ate under my calories and exercised yesterday and also upped my water intake :/ was not what I was hoping for this morning at all.

Yeah I do this as well, I find it usually helps when I have an ocassion to attend so it should all balance out right. The only thing that annoys me is when mfp app tells me in so much over my cal limut for the day as I hate it all being in red, makes me feel very guilty even though obv by the end of the week it all…

No my daily goal is 1420 per day, this means 9940 per week. However on friday I want over my normal 1420 which put my weekly goal to a remain of 1800 so to keep to my weekly goal I would need to eat 900 cals on sat and sunday. Hope that makes sense.

Am aiming for 1lb a week but only seem to be losing 0.2lbs each week if that :(

On Friday after I'd eaten a Chinese takeaway I had 1800 cals left on my weekly allowance so that is 900 per day :)

I always measure my food and have done for a while. I am just disappointed in my gain in the past 3 days more so because I haven't even been reaching 1660 its always been under and I have not ate back my exercise calories :( so really don't know how I have gained :(

I have changed my exercise to lightly active :) I am also going to be working out 4/5 times a week which will be made up of 3 20 min HI work outs, 30 min 10 min solution toning and either another cardio DVD or a 45 min Burlesque class per week (it starts in September) so I will continue not counting calories and see if I…

Yes all are set at 0 but one of them MFP has set to 290 cals burned per week as a target.

I don't think I do get enough protein, I like peanut butter and eat some of that every now and then but again I don't really know what is high in protein :/

Okay so now my calories are around 1600ish but if I put my activity level to sedentary (I am a receptionist five days a week) its gone back to 1460 so should I change it to lightly active, I plan on exercising 5 times a week but I don't think this covers lightly active at all.

Thanks everyone, yeah my goals is set to 1lb per week so I will change it to 0.5lbs per week. I'm hoping by Halloween I could lose those 7lbs if not more. I also think I need to space out my food more, like eating every 3-4 hours. I have worked out my BMR and TDEE but I don't really know what they mean and different sights…

Not really its 1410 calories which should be fine for me because it used to be. I just keep getting the munchies all the time rather than just occasionally.

I started running to lose weight and then just to do it for exercise more so because I thought running would be more of a challenge than my exercise DVDs. I think that's also why I am afraid of stopping incase the exercise I do at home (cardio, dance and high intensity DVDs) won't benefit me as much as running :/

Just to note I have my phone round hip as I heard it is the best place to put when using a running app that uses GPS :)
