So I've just had some pink put through my blonde hair but not too sure if I can exercise without the swear effecting it? Changing your calorie deficit
So I want to change my calorie deficit in mfp so I am eating less than what I am now, however my charge 2 is linked to mfp so will it change all my past weekly food goals on my fitbit? For example might show me as being over my calorie limit because my deficit has been chopped by 150 calories with my new goal in place?…

Calorie Adjustment
So I thought fit bit counted my steps calorie burn? I only sync my fitbit at night but the calories burned from steps then get subtracted by the exercise I log. Surely they should be seperate or at least my steps from calories should be higher? Am I understanding it all wrong?

Charge 2 readings
My fitbit is giving different readings again for my exercise, I'm talking like 100 cals less than last time :/ I do at home exercise DVDs and it's saying one reading during one dvd and then another on the same DVD. I don't get the as I always wear my charge 2 on the same arm and in the same place. Help much appreciated!

Step counting?
Anybody count steps in their calorie burn? I've got a fitbit charge 2 and always delete the calorie burn from my steps and just focus on what I burn during exercise, but thinking about now counting them calories? Especially when I have an off plan day (birthdays etc)?

Fit bit Cals in VS Cals Out Zone
Which zone do you aim to be in? I'm normally in the under zone which is yellow (through the week) and more in the red zone at weekend hah but never been in the green zone? Just a bit confused on whether I should be in the under yellow zone or not for losing weight? Surely it makes sense to be under your calorie limit?
