Only lost half a pound

My weight loss is pretty slow anyway literally haven't been losing more than a lb a week if that. Anyway I have weighed myself today and only lost 0.5lbs this week. In fairness last weekend I ate out as I went on a family day out so I know I was well over my calorie limit but I've exercised 5 timess this week already (mix if hiit, cardio and weights) so guess I was expecting a little more? My muscle ratio has gone up and my body fat has decreased but it has really put me on a downer because its like everyone else is losing weight a lot easier than me.

    Weight loss is not linear. Some weeks you will lose more some weeks you will lose less. A half to one pound a week is ideal. How much weight do you have to lose?

    Your profile indicates you have very little weight to lose, weight loss is going to be slower and lower.

    For the weight you want to lose, want you lost this week is excellent!!

    Ideally I'd like to lose at least another stone and half :)

    Only? I'd be thrilled. At the rate I'm going, I've been losing a pound every 2 1/2 weeks. It's all about perception. You didn't lose ONLY half a pound, you've ALREADY lost half a pound.

    Weight loss isn't linear. It's going to fluctuate greatly week to week. Give it more time and have patience.
