Christmas goal stuck!

I'm hoping I can lose 3lbs before Xmas but I just don't think it's going to happen. I don't know if I am just eating too much, I'm relying on my calories from my Fitbit charge gives me too much or whether I'm just stuck for some reason? Since about two months ago I dropped my calories to 1500 from 1670 hoping this would how some loss but I'm literally the highest I've ever been. I've not had takeaways, chocolate or a massive boozy weekend (probs about 3 diet cokes and vodkas in these past 2 months). At my wit's end with this, just wondering if anybody else is in the same boat?

    How are you measuring your calorie intake?

    Probably either your goal from your tracker is giving you a wrong number or you are eating more than you think you are - could be both of course.

    Maybe make your food diary public if you want more than just very generic advice to eat less or move more....

    You haven't given your stats so only you know if you are petite, average or above average size.
