So I have been using a body fat scale since March and have recorded weekly weigh ins since then. However I have only just discovered that from mid June I have been getting on the scale with gender selected as a man
I thought that was a bit strange cos in June my muscle ration went up by 6% in a week but I just assumed it was because I had increased my weights so have since then continued weighing as a guy which has obviously not effected my weigh recordings but has my body fat, muscle ratio and body hydration. I am so annoyed at myself how I didn't even notice and now the low body fat I thought I had achieved is not even half as much as what I thought I had lost. I know I have been steadily losing weight over this period of time but I am just totally gutted. Anything happen like this to anyone else?

Doesn't matter, those scales are not accurate either way.0

Yep, I personally would not be using a scale to measure my body fat as they are not an accurate method of doing so.0
