Step counting?

Anybody count steps in their calorie burn? I've got a fitbit charge 2 and always delete the calorie burn from my steps and just focus on what I burn during exercise, but thinking about now counting them calories? Especially when I have an off plan day (birthdays etc)?

If you activity level is set close to reality, the adjustment for steps should be minimal. If you are more active than you have MFP set for, then it will add calories that you should eat.
I've got mine set to sedentary and so it adds calories for me when I am more active than that. But I'm not consistent so I like it this way.0 -
I'm down as lightly active as I do regular exercise 5-6 days a week0
