I think a LOT of people have this problem. I try to save my daily protein shake for evening times. I'm supposed to drink it anyway so it's not necessarily extra calories, and it's thick so it's filling like a milkshake would be. If that doesn't solve my problem I have a few of those 50 calorie individual bags of pretzels…

Energy drinks. I hate the bitterness of coffee and tea, but as a college student I spend a lot of nights up late writing papers and doing homework (playing video games). There have been days where I've had 3 energy drinks in one day adding up to about 700-800 calories in just drinks alone.

I have the Insanity DvD set that I've been doing. Currently on week 5. I don't do any real strength training except for the push ups and squats in the DvDs because I'm currently just trying to burn fat at the moment.
