Do you drink any coffee, tea, soda or juices through the day. Even if they don't have any calories, you could mark them. If found that just adding my milk for coffee in adds over 100 calories a day. I agree with the others about the fruits and vegetables. Keep up the good work!

I'm glad it wasn't worse than it is, which is bad enough. I got to thinking earlier about you and not being able to walk or do a lot of exercise. Something you could do is exercise for your arms and shoulders, using either cans of soup or hand weights. You could do some of those even while laying down. Keep the weights…
