  • Probably could be that you ate too little calories. But it's also normal for your weight to fluctuate a pound or so, could be water retention too.

  • Walk with a friend...it makes time go by much faster and walking for an hour helps you lose a lot of calories and is good for anyone who isn't totally fit. I usually have a stationary bike and I watch tv while I bicycle. It makes time go by much faster.
  • My face and my waist. Also, my shoulders..I have broad shoulders and I can feel it's loose on top with my shirts. My hips are the last thing I lose inches in.
  • Keep yourself busy. Find things that won't make you think of food or cravings. Either reading a book, taking a shower, working out, taking a short nap, playing a game. Drink enough water. Make sure you don't skip meals. But whenever I feel hungry I always eat a cucumber since it's very low in calories and fills you up.
