I opened this link as I thought it would be a great way to track loss. I've come off of weight watchers because I took up running and found it was too restrictive. Since running I haven't lost any weight but have lost a dress size where my shape has changed. Although previously mentioned losing weight to lose inches is…

I did week 6 day 1 for the 5th time last night (repeating until I feel comfortable to move on to the next stage) my stats are overall pace 11.13min/mile overall distance 2.14 miles time 24 min fastest interval 09.29 min/miles. I have to say I felt like I was going to die after I did it!!! Hoping to move on to week 6 day 2…

I'm currently doing c25k and up to week 6 so still no doing complete runs. Maybe change up your route a bit? Or map out 5k in a run and just keep going at it even if it means walking some of it, each time you'll surprise yourself and gradually complete the whole thing. Good luck with your race

Thank you thank you thank you for posting this!! I did weight watchers for 7 months but didn't really concentrate on the last month. That was because I started running and found that it was too restrictive for me to feel like I had enough energy. WW is all about the number on the scales going down as is all weight loss…

As you know I started and gave up at the end of level 1 due to laziness. I'm fully motivated today and myself and my friend are doing the october challeneg to complete the 30 day shred this month!!
-
Sorry I abandoned you, I had a complete collapse in motivation and healthy eating and have eaten nothing but crap for a week. I'm off on a short break Thurs-Sun so am thinking about starting 30ds again from the start and do it everyday like you're suposed to. I completed level 1 previously but there's been a massive gap in…

We don't call each other by our names unless I really can't get his attetion or if we're in public but it sounds weird. I normally call him bubs or bubba. He calls me chicken, Pumpkinhead, pumpkin eater (although I've never eaten it) puds, pudding. He calls our daughter baby girl or monkey head, no idea why but I said we…

Just finsihed day 10 of level 1.....am now watching level 2 and scared is not the word!!!! God help me tomorrow when I try it for the first time. I use my lowest weights which are 1.1kg. I know it may sound feeble but it works for me and I don't want to bulk up my arms too much

Morning from sunny Essex! filled in my diary for the day and the exercise I WILL be doing later  Hope you all enjoy the sunshine :glasses:
-
Just to say I didn't do 9 days straight I started it on 21st August so it's taken me 15 days to do 9 days of the shred!
-
Level 1 day 9 complete. I measured myself again tonight (because I'm impatient and couldn't wait until tomorrow) Start weight 186lb waist 41" thigh 24" arm 13" bum 45" level 1 day 9 Weight 182lb waist 40" thigh 23" arm 12" bum 43" That's a total of 5 inches lost from all over. Stick with it, it's definately worth it!

Well I did day 8 last night of level 1 after a four day break (manic weekend followed by my daughter being ill) it really does affect you having a break. I felt so wobbly after it. It went quick but also felt like I was doing day one again. Onto day 9 tonight!
-
Well done on the full push up, I am still doing the girly ones. I didn't do the shred again last night but legitimate reason as I had my daughter up the emergency doctors. Am back on track today, 30DS being done tonight level 1 day 8
-
I'm slacking!! Didn't do 30DS last night, not doing it tongiht either. Still been pretty good with calories but it's like I need a little break. Will be doing it tomorrow morning to get back on track. Sorry to be a let down! :ohwell:

Might not be American dollars? Trying to think of another currency which uses dollars and has a lower exchange rate

I didday 7 level 1 last night. I'm starting to feel like its changing my body already. My bingo wings seem more toned as does my thighs. Can't wait to do measurements after day 10. I have been a bit naughty and taken 3 rest days and find it harder to do it again after a rest day. I think this will be a DVD I will use for a…

In all honesty no one will know. We all have good days and bad days. Your body doens't work is minutes and hours. Just keep track of yourself and weigh yourself once a week. Do some extra exercise if you feel guilty about it but don't get so hung up on food that you can't enjoy yourself. If you want to eat burger king or a…

I'm not in the same boat but would like to echo what Morgan said. It does happen when you stop trying! Just concentrate on you for now and losing weight for you. Everything else that comes with it is a bonus. If you put too much pressure on yourself it doesn't help. Plus if you start getting healthy and exercising now then…

I do mine in bare feet because we've got a cream carpet but I'm having some issues with the strain on my ankles so my have to put something on my feet. I'm doing day 7 tonight. Should really do 3 days worth with the amount I've been snacking today. Cookies seem to call my name!
-
I'm now on level 1 day 7 ( doing it tonight) and I can feel the difference in my clothes already especially my jeans round the bum area. Will post my measurements when I've completed level 1
-
I've not had weight gain but some of my friends had that's why I measured myself at the start to go by inches lost aswell incase I don't lose weight
-
Well done! I was having a fight with myself to stick with doing them I so nearly gave up. I keep thinking.....just as I get the hang of level one and can do it all I've got to move on to level 2!!! hahah
-
OMG!! Day 6 done....I think a part of me died tonight. But on a personal successful note....I did all the bicycle crunches!!! Yay me!
-
Any chance you could do the dvd first to see how you feel? People are affected differently. Day 1 I wanted to die, it really affected my legs, days 2 was my shoulders and arms, day 3 was ok, so was day 4. Did day 5 last night and my shoulders are hurting again
-
I dont have a hrm so log it as 20 mins circuit training
-
day 5 done! I find I'm now doing an inbetween of the two girls. My squats are lower, my butt kicks are higher.......I still cant do the bloody bicycle crunches though
-
Chantelle I didn't do it last night  I enjoyed sitting down and just chilling out with my husband. That's two rest days in one week I've had now. Back on it today. Managed to lose 3lb since Monday though which is good so far. Will measure and post the difference after I've finished level 1
-
I'm pushing myself to do it even though I could quite happily leave it tonight. I had a day off on Wed after only starting on Tues!! I need to keep doing it everyday without a break to fit the majority in before we go away
-
I just did day 4 level 1. Found it much easier and felt it was over a lot quick so my stamina/endurance is definately improving. Will let you know if I've lost an inches after 10 days x

Day 3 of level 1 done. I always struggle towards the end of circuit 2. Really felt it in my arms/shoulders tonight x
