well, I have to admit that I have the same problem. I'm not stuffed as if I've just eaten a really big meal, but full and satified. I had the same problem last year and I was working out a lot. Maybe it's not something bad, maybe it's just because we're all different? You have to choose what's the best for you :)

I think that maybe you should do some lower abs exercises, it should help. And lots of slow but long cardio ;)

I totally agree with you- my family does the same. And when I tell them about my diet thy say 'don't be stupid, you don't need one'. But most of them are obese, so.. I'd suggest eating like you eat right now because when you get back home after a week of unhealthy eating it would be more difficult to eat healthy again.
