http://www.enell.com/ Enell are the only bra I wear to work out in, run in, lift weights in. I was a 40DDD and they worked awesome and now I'm down to a 36D and they still work well (obviously it's a new size LOL). They are ugly really but they work! For every day wearing Lane Bryant is the place I loved!!

My husband has MS and he was on Copaxone for about 2 years. He had the heart racing panicky feeling once, and it was way into his treatment. So it can happen at any time. Just don't panic if you start to feel it happen. Sit down and breath. It usually goes away in less than 10 min. He switched from Copaxone to Rebif 3 1/2…

I'm half way through the shred today. Tomorrow is my 10th anniversary party! (Our 10th anniversary was really in March but I'm in Nursing school and a party wasn't feasible then). I wish I could have been all the way through before this party but I'm glad I'm at the half way mark.

We do things like that (married 10 years very happily ;P) It really depends on the tone. I really think "the wife" is cute. I call him "the hubby" and we call our son "the boy" quite often. Most of the time if the hubby is calling for me in the house he calls me Toots, which I like because it feels old fashioned and cute.…

My husband wrote me a note that said "Will you marry me?" then had a box with Yes and a box with No and said "check one" LOL! It hangs above our bed <3 We just celebrated 10 years married in March and are having a huge party on Saturday for it!

I'm a SAHM during the summer, I'll be 30 in August, during the school year I'm a full time nursing student. Our son is 5, my husband works full time as well as he has Multiple Sclerosis. I cook 95% of the meals in the house, but Thursday nights during my school the husband is always in charge of that one. The truth is I…

Wow I'm shocked at how much people spend. I'm a REALLY frugal shopper and stock up during sales etc. Family of 3 (our son is 5). We spend about $200-250 max a month on groceries. I'm about 1600 calories and DH doesn't track. We don't eat much read meat but do buy the occasional nice cut of red meat. We're in South Eastern…

"Eat food, mostly plants, not too much" I highly recommend the book "in defense of food" by Michael Pollan It's a great read and I try (key word TRY) to stick to the philosophy of the book. If it has something in it that your grandma can't pronounce or doesn't know what it is, don't eat it, if it has more than 6…

Another Couch to 5K voter here. Most of us can't just go and run a mile because we want to. It's why most people say they hate running, they need to build up to that and it can take some longer than others. I would tell you to go and buy good shoes that you get fitted for at a real running store. This is VERY important so…

My boobs are great now! I was a 40DDD and now I'm a 36D and they aren't saggier now, I think they are perkier. I have to say I was really prepared for some saggy sad boobs but they have faired well. I do wear an awesome sports bra. The brand Enell is the ONLY brand I'll wear at this point, they had bras when I was a 40DDD…

I'm a nursing student (wife and mom too LOL) and I've found that no matter what I just NEED to get 30 min in a couple days a week. I need the break from studying and my body needs the workout as much as my mind needs the rest.

Don't keep the junk in the house. And just do it. I know that's cliche but honestly we all do things we don't like (go to work, do laundry, scrub the toilet) but we do them because we have to. Well at some point you have to decide that YOU are worth it and that you would rather be healthy than have another piece of cake, a…

Need to up your calories and likely protein too. MFP's default for protein is quite low.

In 18 months I lost 72 lbs, so 1lbs a week. There were weeks that were more and weeks that were less. I was maintaining for a bit but I'm back to lose/tone that last 20lbs which take FOREVER.

I make Panera salads at home all the time. The Chicken Poppyseed one is easy (just have to look for the right poppyseed dressing) or the Fuji Apple Salad.

I have no problem eating them (one a day usually) but my mom can NOT eat them or she's gassy ALL. DAY. LONG. Too much fiber in one sitting for her. It may get better as your body gets used to it though too.

Buy an Enell Sports Bra. They aren't cheap or cute but they are effective. I'm a 36D but I started at a 40DDD and they work AWESOME! I couldn't run right when I started here (242lbs) but I do run now and I'm about 170lbs 5'7" and a 12ish size. Having good shoes is SUPER important so find a good running store and get fitted.

I'm the Loud One... or the NOT shy one LOL!!

Starting small is perfect!! I need(ed) to lose about 80-90 pounds total when I started here and I was TERRIFIED of that number. So starting with 10lbs, then 20lbs etc made it much more manageable. Of course the last 15-20lbs will take me as long as the first 70 :/ One day at a time! Just keep plugging along and it will…

I step every morning but I only log on Wednesday mornings. It also doesn't bother me to see the flux during the week.

My boobs and my butt!! I also have great hair and nails.

Work out, and eat better. It's harder to learn to do it later in life. You have no tummy quit whining. Yes he is the one (Married 10 years already!) Don't even worry about how people will tell you you're nuts. Go to school to be a nurse now, Yes I know you think it's a horrible job but trust me you're going to love it and…

I do something every day. I was only work out for 30-45 min a day though while in the middle of the school semester (I'm a nursing student, wife and mom!) Now I'm working out every day and then running 3 days a week, so there are 3 days I'm doing two work outs. I'm working my way through Jillian Michael's 30DS and C25K…

I've never belonged to a gym. I like videos like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (30DS) but anything that you DO on a regular basis is good. Of course you can just do free weights, etc too. It's just about getting moving! Taking a walk or jog is always a good thing too.

Sort of. Everyone's optimum maintain or lose point is different even if you are the same height, current weight and bone structure. We're all individuals. I do know for myself if I consume less than 1400 calories a day my body doesn't lose any weight. So I'm better off to work out more to eat more. Gotta fill that tank…

I picked up running but only because I was looking for something else to do. I started at 242 (I'm 5'7") and I could NOT run early on it was WAY too much for my knees. So I only started running when I was down to about 180ish. And I did it because I wanted to. Not really for weight loss. For weight loss and toning I've…

Yup! There are very few things I don't eat AT ALL anymore. This is my life and my life includes an occasional drink, an occasional ice cream, an occasional dessert. The key is occasional and to be honest about it. I wouldn't worry about it!
-
Yes! This is another excellent tip! You can change your ratio to 40/30/30 (or whatever you want). Just remember that it doesn't remind you to reduce calories every 10ish pounds lost once you start using the custom option. So I go back to guided every 10-15lbs and then set my % how I like them with the new calorie count.
-
Take pictures AND measurements a long the way. It takes time for your mind to catch up to what you REALLY look like to others. Eat properly, eat enough protein (MFP is set notoriously low) IT TAKES TIME! I started at 242lbs and I can't believe how far I've come, you can do this too!
-
In addition to the advice about actually eating more I'm going to add eat more protein. You're pretty low on protein overall and MFPs default for protein is low, so its GOOD to go over their recommendation on protein. You can change the percent in custom settings if you want. It's generally accepted that 40/30/30 is a good…
