why cant you exercise even 20 minutes walk a day will help...and eat around 1400 calories a day ...losing weight is a marathon not a sprint so dont kill yourself with doing less calories per day

maybe your just out of shape...so just walk 1 mile couple days a week for a month then start running a little at a time or do the c25k program...also if your back is still hurting maybe you need to go see a dr and they can help you out before you start running.

eat a lot of protein during the day and drink lots of water...and im not a big fan of fasting but thats just me...fat doesnt make you fat...saturated fat and calories does and not exercising so just stay under and exercise and you will be ok

Try to eat 5 small meals a day so that u eat when your hungry and not cause of other reasons at first may be tough so drink lots of water or chew gum till the next meal. Also if your bored then exercise and then you can eat more calories....hope this helps

yesterday weight is 178.5 pounds so need to lose 9 more so goal will be 169.5 pounds. my weakness is sweets i try not to eat it but but sometimes its hard..i dont drink alcohol that often and i havent drank pop in over a year now. anyone can add me as a friend besides the message boards.

I did it alone for the first 6 months and the last 6 months met a lot of friends on here and its so much better having people supporting you...you can add me if you want im almost done with my weight loss but log on here everyday

Talk about what u eat on ur news feed and your friends will give u the motivation to get back to what made you successful. And keep ur diary open to so they can what ur eating bad...it helps me.

I hate cheat days except for special occasions like couple days a year.im here to lose weight so I just eat whatever the other days and log them in

Why dont you up your calories so you can eat more and then in a couple months you can lower it back if you want to.
