I've never smoked but I did lots of runs in 2013 and its been a bad start to 2014 so far. I have gained 10 pounds since Oct 2013 and in the worse shape of my new journey. Thought maybe we can motivate each other

Bob, 2 biggest things are logging in everything u eat and don't go over your daily calories or you won't see results. Also don't eat so much at work and when u go out try eating some healthier choices. Drinking alcohol counts too so make sure you fit them in your daily calories . Try walk or run 3 miles on one of ur off…

Started at 178.5 ended at 173.5 so only a 5 pound loss but feel good with my birthday, thanksgiving and Christmas in this 6 weeks. Try to exercise in the morning so you can have extra calories for the day then just eat a little of everything so u dont over eat and if u want to drink just have a couple drinks it wont be that much...if ur over 300 or less its okay because you just wont lose any weight for the day.
