I ate pretty good this week, didnt really do a great job as i want to in exercise, i did go on a couple walks this week and yesterday i went on a 5 mile walk. today i weigh myself and stayed the same as last sunday and only lost 4 pounds this round. it would be nice to give a push and lose 1-2 pounds this week to lose 5-6…
