i just started running so not really sure, but if you eat good and weight training on your legs and then run you will be fine. some people just like to be negative

you can change the setting so it wont post that you went under, but its good to go under your calories since thats how you lose weight. but people need to make sure they eat enough calories though

im doing great, gaining half a pound for the week but still doing good. hopefully this sunday i will lose some. Gotta do a little bit better in my food selection though

i have lost 60 pounds on MFP

if its 2 pounds and your lifting weights it could just be the weights or water. i wouldnt really worry about, keep doing what your doing and you will lose it soon

if you got me tickets i would go with you....lol, i love watching football so much im watching the replay of the Seahawks vs Chiefs right now. If my wife gave me tickets i would def go with her even if its preseason. (would rather have her spend money on reg season game though)

take one day at a time and log in everyday and exercise and you will reach your goal in no time. i like your profile pic as well

mint brownies sound good, you should eat some with your family so you dont get the craving and eat some without them. for me i normally eat one but when i refuse with the family then i want like 4 later on during the day...

6 years ago i went from 240 down to 205 and then over the year i gained it all back. In october 2011 was at my highest 249 and needed a change so cut out pop and then nov 2011 started MFP full time and started a gym membership. now im at 185 and better then ever. im never going back i will stay on mfp if i have to just so…
