haha, yeah... due to work my husband is abroad and he asked me how it was going over a facetime chat I showed him my armpits and was all excited.. he just smiled and said that's great.. but with that tone that also says.. you are crazy! :)

This, I swear I have to seriously talk myself down sometimes, like I am contemplating robbing a bank... I have to remind myself it is just a cookie!
-
For some reason I have not had to yet, but honestly if they asked me to I would because it is that good
-
I love it... all the little things add up to a great big success!!!

I have a body media armband, which isn't a hrm, but 100 times better. I am in love with it, it knows exactly how many calories you are burning, steps you are taking (and I have tested it a dozen times), when I am sleeping, working out etc. It even captured my 30 second breaks between insanity intervals and knew I was…

I am on week 2 of month 2 and I keep pushing play, but I definitely ask myself more often if I can actually do this... it is crazy, but I am going to stick with it! Good luck!!!

Bend to the side, where you side creases is your waist line

I keep hearing about this, but I am really oblivious to how this works- I have only ever done cardio and dieting, never included any sort of resistance work so it is a whole new world to me.
-
I love insanity and the inches have dropped which is really what matters I suppose but that damn scale always gets inside my head!
-
Love this! Go home scale... your drunk!
-
I still lost inches this week, less than usual and in different places but still smaller
-
It takes me two- three dress sizes dropped to equal one pants size down- my waist seems to shrink fast, but I usually have to lose 2-3 inches around my waist to equal close to one inch down on my hips, I lose it all up top first.

One of my favorite NSV yet!
-
wow that is awesome!! How many inches did you lose? You look fabulous!
-
Start with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred- this will get you prepped for Insanity and once you start you will love it!
-
I love this thread!
-
Thanks for all the advice! I will stick with the recovery week!
-
And to the original poster you can totally do this!! Good luck and have an awesome time at Disney!!
-
I Love this idea!

Best work out ever, like having my own personal trainer with the results I am getting, half way through week 3- still kicks my a** every time!!
-
I am 60lb overweight- or was when I started Insanity, since I want to be smaller I am only tracking inches, and after reading all of the forums it sounds like you will build some muscle so the weight loss may feel discouraging. I am SO, SO, SO glad I have started this program, 2 weeks down and 3 inches around my waist…
-
Make sure you eat enough and take your time, you don't have to be where Sean T is, I take 100 breaks, am still sore and getting great results. It will push you, but it is the best feeling at the end of each week to have another week down! Good luck!!
-
Thanks for the feedback ! Here goes week 3, bring it on!

Say something to the manager and next time face him directly, look him in the eyes and ask him what his deal is. He will probably feel really awkward and never go in the gym again.
-
Don't skip it- you have an "off" day to look forward to it, push through this workout to make the most of it, give the program 100% and you will feel awesome!
-
Thanks for all the suggestions- I am definitely going to try the WalMart machine :) Thanks!
-
I am on my second week.. it is really tough but worth it. Just power through it and take each day at a time!
-
WOW! You are totally my inspiration, you look amazing, well done, what an achievement!
-
What an inspiration!! Thank you for sharing!!

This made me laugh out loud, I love cheese, my hardest thing to overcome when dieting!
