I won't eat a whole egg, but I certainly will eat a couple of small ones... Only the best Belgian chocolate.

What date is Monday again? ;-)

I used to be hooked on Caramel Machiato's, but I changed my order to a Skinny Vanilla Latte, which is only 120 calories. I like the SVL better than the Skinny Caramel Machiato's.

Happens to me too... At the moment I am called on this so-called plateau. I try to change things up with breakfast or exercise.

5'10" here. People usually tell me I do not look too heavy but my BMI says something different. :-) I also thought I hadn't lost a lot (10 pounds) but I seem to have lost it from my back and butt. A couple of years ago I lost 20 pounds but people said it looked more like 40. I lost it working out and eating well.

I fit my pre-pregnancy clothes again! I only had one skirt and a pair of pants but I was so happy with it. And I honestly can say I start to like myself when I look at myself in the mirror.

Wow, they really are that bad? Seems like bullying to me too and I don't understand people like that. I love working out outside and when one of my kids has a practice outside I usually walk around the field. I do run when I am behind a building though, because they do look at me, and I want to be invisible. :-) After I am…

My fave breakfast of the moment is three tablespoons of yoghurt, with Kashi cereal (4 spoons) and half a spoon of Q'ia (chia, hemp seeds for fibre). I do know that kashi isn't as healthy as they say it is, but this breakfast keeps me full till lunch and two slices of bread doesn't do that for me. I also notice that…

I get better results when I eat 1400 calories on nonworkout-days and 1600-1800 cal on workoutdays. I am 5'10, so I can eat a bit more since my allowed calorie intake when not on a diet is 2100 and a bit. I tried 1200, but in my thirties that stopped working. Working out and a nonstrict diet (besides the calorie intake)…

A friend of mine never really dared to eat in public and would eat in the evening at home. She would also feel sad about not keeping her goals and thus eating more. :-( It's a struggle. If she would eat something like a hamburger in public she felt like people were watching here and sometimes they would talk to each other…

Add me if you like. :-) I am a slow loser though, because my body thinks it's impossible to lose more than 6 pounds a month.

5'10, 189 pounds and size 12. It's vanity sizing, because my but is not small (which is fine). :-) I think in Europe I would be a 14.

I have heard of people losing some weight while taking Raspberry pills, but I have no idea what the effect of it really is. Is it the pill, or do the people feel more motivated to eat good during the day because they have peace of mind that the pill will help them? I have "auditioned" for a study about taking extra fibre…

I have been at a Curves gym and saw women in the ages of 30 to 80. You work on your own pace with your own goals based on your muscle strength. The reason I stopped going was that although it's only 30 minutes, I couldn't find the time to do it in the 7am - 7 pm time frame because they didn't offer child care. Having three…

No, I can't go to bed hungry. I sometimes wake up at 4 am because I am hungry and can't sleep. Some yoghurt or fruit helps. I bought a mix of chia seeds with fibre in it. A tablespoon is 65 calories and I do feel full because of it.

Oh no, I won't let him see me. Whenever I am working out and he comes in, I just stare at him with my arms crossed. He doesn't always get the message... He is also in the den a lot and this is the only room where I can do exercises where I have to jump. I sometimes have to ask him to please go to another room. He laughs…

Same here... I can lose three pounds and then just stop losing weight for weeks. I used to do bootcamp 3 times a week, ski and do exercises at home: lost nothing. Then I did kettlebell training, which I love, and I did gain some muscle and saw some positive body changes, but still no weight losses. I have now started to do…

I don't know about pretty and ugly... I just notice that when I work out, taking time to myself, I look more awake, smile more and have more energy. No, I am not Heidi Klum, so what. :-)
